It delivers up to 60% more power (50 CFM and 70 CFM fans only) and reduces sound up to 35% (4.0 Sones and 3.5 Sones fans only). Installation is easy and can be completed in 10 minutes or less with only a flat head screwdriver. Simply pop out the old motor with the screwdriver, insert the new motor, then plug it in. The C380BN is only compatible with Broan or NuTone fans that have a housing measuring 8" x 8-1/4" x 5-3/4". Measure your fan housing and reference the list of compatible fan models.
